What data the GSA GROUP platform stores, and how to make a request about it.
This page describes the data the platform stores when you use it — limited to what is actually implemented in the system today.
Account
Account Data
Data created when an account is issued to you.
Account identity: username, display name, and email address.
Company association: which company the account belongs to, and the role it holds there.
A session cookie is stored in your browser so the platform can recognise you while you are signed in.
Records
Billing & Storage Records
Data created while you use platform features.
Billing records: invoices issued to your company, the payment status recorded against them, the payment method noted by an administrator, and any proof of payment uploaded.
Cloud storage: files uploaded to the company storage space.
Requests
Access, Correction, and Deletion
How to make a request about your data.
Requests for access, correction, or deletion of account data can be sent to info@gsagroup.id.
A statement on compliance with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection is not published in the GSA source documents. This page will be completed once that statement is available.
